Purchased Goods that are supplied and produced by us are dispatched, shipped and delivered to the address nominated by you at the flat rates set out below. Goods produced by third-party suppliers are dispatched, shipped and delivered to the address nominated by you in accordance with their shipping terms and at the flat rates set out below.

If the delivery address provided by you is incorrect, we are not obligated to resend the Goods to the correct address at our expense.

Our third-party suppliers dispatch and ship orders as quickly as possible, however we are not responsible for any delays that may occur once we have placed the order. Under no circumstances are we to be held liable for the dispatch and shipping of Goods.

Shipping costs
Goods purchased on the Website will be shipped at the following flat rates:
Australia: AU$9.95 (incl GST) for orders under AU$150 and free shipping for orders AU$150 or more.
Rest of World: AU$14.95 (incl GST) for all orders

The cost of shipping will be included in the final price of the order and you will be notified the shipping cost prior to confirming the order.
